RatePoint can be used on any web site; your domain name does not need to be registered or hosted here.

RatePoint complements BBB ratings and feedback. The BBB primarily focuses on resolving complaints and reporting negative ratings. RatePoint encourages businesses to be proactive with customers and to ask "How are we doing?" on a regular basis to incorporate positive feedback as well. Businesses may wish to be both Rate Point and BBB rated to proactively gather feedback. In addition, RatePoint allows businesses to share feedback directly from their own web site.

The HackerSafe web site seal is a widely used online “trust” seal, but it does not provide any mechanism to interact with customers or consumers. RatePoint allows businesses to collect and share feedback directly from their own web site, in addition to providing RatePoint’s Site Seal to indicate the trustworthiness of your business.

RatePoint is currently available only in English.

RatePoint pricing is based on the total number of email address contacts a business uploads to the RatePoint platform. RatePoint allows for unlimited email sends; however, to ensure compliance with CANSPAM regulations, RatePoint recommends sending out to your total list of contacts no more than once a day.

To manage your RatePoint account in our site, log in and click “My Account”. In the “Manage Services” section, find “RatePoint” and click “Manage”. Click the account you want to manage. You can manage the account on this page or click “Login to RatePoint” to use RatePoint.
